PSI Capital Management (“PSI”) is an analytically-driven limited liability company focused on investing in intellectual property assets (IPA). Intellectual property assets represent an esoteric, non-correlating investment opportunity with the potential to extract outsized returns by applying a structured identification and engagement strategy across a portfolio of currently mispriced and inefficient assets. PSI partners with IP market participants, such as patent owners, small businesses, corporations and law firms, to provide creative financial and strategic solutions in the monetization of valuable intellectual property.

Through our extensive network of financial advisors, business/management consultants and IP attorneys, PSI is able to meet the needs of asset holders in all areas of IP. Our proprietary methods of due diligence put each potential investment opportunity through a rigorous examination focused on both the legal and economic characteristics of the opportunity. This process allows us to efficiently assess and engage valuable assets. PSI anticipates generating returns through receipt of royalty streams and licensing proceeds. PSI is capable of providing innovative financial structures and solutions through select financial resources. By combining these financial resources with our substantial intellectual property experience, proprietary asset valuation methods and network of industry contacts, PSI can help asset holders realize the latent value of their IP. Investments can be structured to meet the needs of assets in various stages of monetization, provide full or partial liquidity to owners or facilitate distributions to existing shareholders. We will look to invest up to $20 million in each individual opportunity.
